Women's Retreat
Seven immersive hours at Cedar Springs Sanctuary in Kiama, led by an Anxiety and Trauma Therapist, for women who are ready to stop surviving and start changing.

This therapist led retreat blends group therapy, somatic tools, breathwork and movement to support real nervous system shifts, not just temporary inspiration.
Staying stuck is painful. Growth takes courage. This is where you choose yourself.
What to Expect
Breathwork
Heal your nervous system and unblock years of stagnant energy. Through guided breathing, you’ll learn to release tension, reset your energy, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Sauna, Ice Bath & Meditation
Slow your nervous system down and tap into your body. These practices invite you to sit with discomfort safely, showing yourself the strength and resilience that comes from presence and courage.
Boxing & Movement
Release anger and frustration through empowering movement. Boxing and mobility exercises give you a safe space to feel your power, energize your body, and reclaim emotional freedom.
Somatic Workshop
Learn tools to connect with your body and regulate your emotions in daily life. Discover how to respond rather than react when you feel triggered, creating lasting shifts in your well-being.
Journaling Circle
A carefully curated journaling session for self-discovery and reflection. Explore your inner world, uncover insights, and process the experiences of the day in a supportive space.
Connection
Meet like-minded women who value prioritizing mental health and emotional well-being. Form authentic connections and nurture the sense of belonging that comes from shared growth.
Swimming
Wash off the day in a beautiful saltwater pool with panoramic views. Allow yourself to feel refreshed, rejuvenated, and fully present in the moment.

What happens after the retreat
You’ll receive a one-to-one call one week post-retreat from me (a trauma and anxiety therapist) to discuss any shifts and support you may need moving forward. You will be added to the retreat group chat prior to the event, which will remain open forever. Use this space to lean on each other for support and nurture the connections you form—a community that can last a lifetime.
